Vanessa has over a decade of sales experience in multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, laboratory diagnostics, mental health, and business technology. She co-founded and operates a $5M sustainable sector company based in New Jersey, and consults for startups, helping them grow and scale their own operations. Vanessa owns and manages short-term rentals and single-family residences throughout the U.S. She has a degree in psychology from New York University, a master’s degree in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, and is the mother of five delightful children.
Seth Gilmore

Seth began his career in the newsroom of The New York Times, where he specialized in operations and technology. He subsequently worked at Intel, co-founded a restaurant chain in Seattle, WA, and served as COO / Director of Operations for multiple firms including a CPG manufacturer, a presidential campaign, and Alumni Ventures, the most active venture capital firm in the U.S. Seth has a degree in philosophy from Denison University in Ohio and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in New Hampshire.
